MD BIOCOALS Production Plant spread over 25 acres in Salarpur, Sirsa District. Our manufacturing facility plant is ranking number 1st in north India. Our plant is capable of manufacturing high and premium quality manures for the betterment of crops. Our production unit is fully equipped. At MD BIOCOALS, more than 450 workers are working to meet ascending requirement of bio-products. To fulfill customer’s demand our manufacturing plant runs 24x7. We will seek out and implement best practices to eliminate the risk of defects in our products.

In present scenario farmers are using urea and its directly impacting human being health and its causing many diseases like cancer etc. To save mankind generation and to improve soil and human health we are manufacturing organic / bio fertilizer which helps directly to farmer to grow crops in very healthy and organic way, which also increase soil fertility and improve soil health and secure a sustainable agriculture model for farmer and society. In process of making, we use cow dung, mineral from mines, herbs, poultry wastage which we process with agriculture wastage.
There are products which we are making is Bactria based as a growth promoter, and technology is approved and borrowed from (IARI) Indian Agricultural Research Institute, (NCOF) NATIONAL CENTRE OF ORGANIC FARMING, and we process with micro nutrient of plant like nitrogen, potash, phosphorus, potash, which gives organic growth promotion to plant. Below we have mentioned type of formulation and its brief description.

METHODS OF MAKING ORGANIC FERTILIZER GRANULAR FORMULATION
Organic fertilizer are made from agro waste, animal waste and industrial waste materials mainly press mud, poultry, sledge, cow dung and combination there off, after receiving raw materials quality check will be done according to methods, parameters and specification mentioned in F.C.O 1985 namely total organic carbon, N, P, K and C:N etc. after analysis, process of decomposition starts with the help of microbial decomposers, regular churning and watering, up to 40 days, after decomposing process again analysis of all parameters mentioned earlier .if parameters fit, materials will be supplied to granulation unit, after granulation again checking all parameters according methods mentioned earlier passed materials will be sent to packing, storage and supply.

METHODS OF MAKING LIQUID BIO FERTILIZER FORMULATION
Liquid bio fertilizers are formulated, mainly with azotobacter, P.S.B and potash or combination there off: all kind of biofertilizers are cultivated in microbiology lab facilities, starting with seed culture development to large scale fermentation process, in all stages purity of culture will be checked on nutrient growth medium and colonies are counted if purity is passed, materials will further packed in HDPE bottles amended with stabilizers to improve stability stored and supply.
CFU for liquid: 1x109 per ml of the liquid standard as per FCO 1985.
