Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Ecommerce Sales and Customer Support representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, assisting with order processing, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via email, chat, and phone.
2. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, pricing, and promotions.
3. Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive ecommerce sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.
6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our work sheet system.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in ecommerce sales and customer support is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in using Online sales systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A positive and team-oriented attitude.
