• Overseeing marketing department
• Evaluating and developing marketing strategy and marketing plan.
• Communicating the marketing plan.
• Working with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Identifying potential customers.
• Developing promotions with advertising strategies.
• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
• Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to create product &Organisations reputation.
• Worked experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing position preferably in relevant industry.
• Training to team for communication skills, marketing strategies, customer handling, new creation.
• Accountilibility towards self and team target achievement.
Skills
• Must have knowledge about Agri-input products
• Ability to working with a flexible schedule
• Experience (as per designation)
• Should have work experience in Agri inputs(Bio, chemical, Organic)
• Planning, directing and coordinating marketing efforts.
• Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing in local area.
• Overall P&L (profit and loss) calculation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Should have knowledge about E-mail, Power point, Ms.Excel, MS.Word
• Self driven.
